Their cocktails are amazing, pretty expensive but if you get there early or book a table they do table service so you don't have to constantly queue at the bar. Nice atmosphere in there and as it's in Brindley Place there's plenty of other places nearby to make a night of it. We enjoyed our night a lot as the bar staff were very accommodating and made cocktails for us that weren't on the menu. It gets very busy from around 11pm!

Never even got through the door, called today to enquire into booking booths for 20+ ladies on a hen do, the lady on the phone sounded as if id woken her up, was very sharp with me and wouldn't really answer my questions just told me to fill in an enquiry form? I've read else where that a lady was refused entry and they blamed it on her wearing flat shoes, so i asked if this was Nuvo policy to refuse entry based on whether or not heels are worn, the reply was 'yeah'. Feel like we have dodged a bullet by calling before attending. Please if your thinking of booking anything at this bar call and have a chat with a 'friendly' team member first, I'm sure it will help you decide if this is the kind of place you'd like to give your money to.

Music is really boring. The DJ not interested in how the crowd is reacting to the music. No one dancing. Really poor atmosphere.

My best friend and I head out into birmin gham at least twice a month. Also stopping at nuvo for a drink. On this occasion we got to the door and a female bouncer refused us entry for no reason at all. Very disappointed. Classy well dressed ladies and it really felt like she had a bad night and was being a complete idiot. I would suggest reading ur comments about ur doorman and get rid of the trash on it. I'll spend my money elsewhere and I continue to tell ppl and visitors to avoid it at all costs. I hate poor customer service and as a manager in that industry I would be embarrassed to have staff on the door like that. Not even a 1 out of 5. 0 from me!
