First time in Birmingham night out and we went to this place. Nice place, really pretty aesthetics. Decently priced drinks, Good diverse range of music in different rooms. It was actually a fun night out. They don’t do cocktails however and cloakroom line took a while but yh overall nice experience
Really love this club. If you're in the large room then the toilet is up the stairs but if you're in the small room then it's on your level. The staff are really accommodating and found the toilets to be clean at the start of the event and at the end also exteemly spacious. We've been a few times to an event there and are yet to be disappointed.
Haven’t been here since Gatecrasher owned it c.2012, but in terms of size, location and sound system, this is one of the best clubs in the U.K. Back in the day, DJs like Hardwell, Kryder, Nicky Romero, Laidback Luke, Sunnery James & Ryan Marciano played regularly, and the place was always packed as a result. I know it has a reputation for trouble these days some of the recent reviews are worrying, but I can honestly say that I never experienced any in all the time that I went. Will make a point of coming up later in the year to see how things have changed.
Was just rejected by this club for having rings on, but if I was a female with rings on they wouldn’t have rejected us. We even said we come here every week and wear the same jewellery every time we come? Bouncers need to stop thinking they’re guarding the gates of heaven and lose their massive ego. Don’t come here unless you want to be spoken to like an idiot by the door “men”
Great night out with friends fabulous venue great atmosphere Great music choices in options to walk round deferent rooms Definitely recommended
In terms of size and how the clubs look it’s definitely the best I’ve went to what isn’t saying much as I’ve only ever been to 3 clubs before this but I was generally having a blast in here. But theirs one big problem and that is once you leave you can’t come back in unless you pay the entry fee again. I have adhd and autism it’s hard to stay in one place for more then two hours and the loud music I can cope with and really enjoy it but only for a limited amount off time so I like to go somewhere else and return after half an hour once I get my bearings back but in this club I couldn’t do that. In other clubs you get a stamp on your hand so you can get back in and I’m happy enough to go through all the security and get checked out. The smoking areas is an option to get away but it doesn’t fully cut it for me and I don’t smoke so isn’t the nicest to go to a smoking area to get away from the music. Drinks are also overpriced 6 pound for a small bottle off Stella but I don’t have a grasp on club prises so that’s probably normal around Birmingham clubs.
Head doorman very racist. Refused to give his name. Threaten us with violence along with a duel heartige man. We simply tried to get help after getting physically hit by a staff meme ever. All we asked is for abit of support and help. Luckily we recorded everything and we will take it from there. No need for threatening behaviour from the head doorman who refused to give his name. They hire to many people who are very goading and basically provoke people to fight them. We will take it further and he young ladies name is Chelsea and she literally slapped my partner in the face. He tried to ask for a little support but needed up getting a handful from the bouncers. Luckily for him he his able to look after him self and didn’t let the bouncers goad him into something that shouldn’t have happened!! Black life’s matter racist doormen
Staff inside are useless, woman working at the bar near the toilets near the main floor is absolutely horrible. To do these simple tasks. Rudeness from that woman and telling us to get water from somewhere else, it’s a poor attitude and it annoys as we have been treated horribly.
I was charged £95 for a bottle of smirnoff when it’s £10 at my local Tesco. I don’t care if it’s “club prices”.. the bottle is worth what the bottle is worth regardless of where you buy it. Not only that, I had £40 stolen from my bag after I was told by the manager that my money was still in there. This place is a massive money making scheme.
The music was good but there was a woman with red hair she was so rude and she was working on the collected clothes I was asking her to bring my clothes but she was so rude with me I don’t know way I was so respectful but she was screaming at me because I lost my pepper and there was no one on the queue and she refused to give me my jacket I tell her that I saw it but she refused to bring it
