I'd been let down by another retailer and this was recommended by a friend. The service was superb and lovely genuine staff! Can't fault them! I'd definitely recommend to anyone. Delivery was on time and no hassle!!

i had a new kitchen put in and  i got all my new kit from Pooles.  They were pleasant to deal with and knowledgeable. Their prices were very comparable and they knew their stuff.  I would recommend them and definitely use them again.  Nothing was too much trouble and they were courteous with me because I was a large pain, investigating my stuff spending hours looking at kit.  They were kind and sorted me out.  Very good service.  Thank you pooles.  I appreciate you taking the time so I got what I wanted.
