Black Diamond Fireplaces Wigan provided the WORST after sales customer service that I have ever had the misfortune to experience.  I will never buy from this company again and will do my utmost to let others know how poor their after sales service actually is. If for some reason you don’t believe me then try looking for their customer service guarantee on their website, you won’t find it because they don’t provide it.  Not even an email contact address. Shockingly poor.

I wish i could give zero stars.  Our fireplace was condemned by the manufacturer a few days after installation.  It was condemned again later by Gas Safe after it had been  'fixed'. It looked very nice, pity we couldnt use it. It was 5 months before we had a safe working fire.  From start to finish it was a disaster.  We had a fire installed by them 25 years ago which is why we went back so i feel qualified in saying our 1st fire was 10/10    this fire was 3/10.  Three only for the style of fire. Zero for everything else.
