Never answer the phone . I’ve been trying for 2 months for someone to pick up the phone. The answer phone suggests booking online …. It only offers hygiene app for £120 an app! No other options to book anything else. Pick up your phone or at least change your answer phone message so people don’t waste time creating accounts only to find you get no where fast. If you’re not interested in seeing NHS patients any more then tell people. Don’t just strike them off your list as they haven’t made contact …. As funnily enough you never pick up the phone, so how can I make contact !!
Terrible service I'm registered with them since they opened and the one dentist they have is on holiday. Unfortunately Toothache doesn't wait!!! MY appointment for April has been cancelled by them too via email.
Unbelievable! No dentist on available on a Monday! Have you ever heard of anything like this in your life. Yet another disappointing NHS experience.
I have been let down numerous times by the Dentistry. Cancelling appointments with no explanation, removing my husband off the list without any warning, constantly changing management and "not having enough dentists". Very disappointed.
I am so pleased that this practice gets so many good reviews. I would agree with most of them, IF I could actually get in. I book an appointment but get it cancelled on the day of the appointment, with no explanation whatsoever. It isn't the first time either. I have never been rude, I have never got stroppy and so it must be down to bad luck - or more likely that I don't opt for the extra 'dental hygienist' treatment. Poor show.
Complete waste of time been trying to call for over two weeks to get an appointment in a lot pain and lymph nodes are swollen due to infection finally answered and told I have to ring back tomorrow because my dentist has left the practice so phoned again and still no answer, how am I supposed sit on the phone all day while I’m at work?
Absolutely amazing service from the practice after a dental emergency. They moved heaven and earth to get me in and sorted. Sofia, the dentist, and her nurse Ashleen were lovely to me as was the receptionist, Chloe ,when I was very upset and distressed.
After several bad experiences here in the past, today i took my son for an emergency appointment and was seen by Thomas Jones im sure that was his name he was very polite, welcoming & was great with my child; he kept reassuring him & talked him through everything. This dental practice needs you, a true gentleman- thank you.
If all dental surgeries and the staff employed by them were this good, then maybe I wouldn't still have my dental phobia now as a 47 year old man. These folks look after me so well it's truly impressive how they helped me through my fears of treatment over the last few years.
Been with Bupa Dental Care for several years now . Good service . Reception staff always polite and professional. Appointments available as required . Seen several dentists over the years - all provided a good level of care.
