Unfortunately I had dental issues this week, initially thought it was sensitivity & my wonderful dentist Mark treated the issue but later in the day the situation became worse therefore the next morning another visit to Mark was made who very quickly diagnosed nerve issues and a decision was made to extract the tooth, this was done extremely quickly & pain free....things didn't quite go to plan, I was still in a lot of discomfort later hence a third visit back to my No.1 dentist & his team of fantastic dental nurses to find the onset of an infection. Mark being such a great guy & so professional dealt with the issue immediately assisted by his loyal & best nurse Karen who make the most amazing team ever. Mark, I'm so grateful for your prompt, efficient & professional care, simply the very best ever. Thank you also to Team Collins House you are all fantastic.
Without exception I find Collins House an excellent dental surgery to visit. Everyone working there is extremely helpful, efficient and friendly. Appointments are easy to arrange and I have been seen in an emergency without question. Simon, my dentist, and Jo, the dental hygienist, are both the best I have ever had, and I am 75 so have had a long experience!
As always, I had a very kind and helpful and encouraging appointment, both from dentist and hygienist. And I had an experience I'd never had before. I was feeling slightly ill: I'd experienced two dizzy spells and blackouts, one on the way to the dentist. Everyone was very sympathetic, and listened carefully. Simon told me about TIAs, and said that if I had another I should see a doctor straightway. I fainted again the evening after my appointment and saw my GP the next day who sent me to A&E. All the appropriate tests and nothing too serious. 'You're not as young as you used to be', they said, very nicely. So all is well. A dentist's appointment like that really cheers you up and makes you feel it will be possible to face the next thing that comes along. Thank you very much indeed.
Always polite, friendly and professional, all the staff are incredible in how they cater to my disabled children making sure they are calm and relaxed. My eldest son disabled loves his day out to the dentist to see all the staff and get his stickers, he always comes out smiling and cannot wait until his next visit.
Always welcoming, helpful reception team, professional clinical teams. Jo , especially, is a great hygienist. The building is a calm and relaxed atmosphere, love walking through the garden, it all helps make going to the dentist a good experience! Thank you

Brilliant service and always there when you need first class dental service. So lucky and grateful that we are with this GREAT practice. Cannot recommend them highly enough.
When it comes to visiting the dentist I’m beyond an anxious mess! However, Mark Sykes and his team are always so patient, understanding and will go out of their way to accommodate me, for which I’m so grateful. I would never go anywhere but Collins House Dental Surgery.
