Shambolic at best. I turned up at 3pm to be told my appointment at 3.10 had been cancelled for a broken chair, I understand things happen but nothing was facilitated to accommodate me in another chair or their sister practise at commercial road. Just that I would have to wait a month for a cracked tooth to be seen to. I did try and get an appointment at their commercial road branch the same day to be met with nothing but hostility from the receptionist. Due to the customer service being absolutely non existent at both my dentist branches, with staff that appear to be struggling under pressure I have now gone private and my cracked tooth was sorted within days. I now have a practise that honours their clients time which is absolutely paramount to me as time is a juggling act for myself and my business which is under extreme pressure also.
What a joke! I tried to re arrange my appointment for the 5th time since 2019 I was on hold for 20 minutes before even getting through. I was told ‘people with treatments are a priority’, the lady on the phone kept talking over me and was quite rude. The soonest appointment they could offer me was In March 2023. I have asked to be taken off the database, as I think it’s pointless to be with a dentist you can never get an appointment with! I wouldn’t recommend this dentist to anyone.
I went for the same tooth in May and September for root canal refelling and got no treatmentalthough the teeth were treated in this clini the Doctors are absolutely not interested in fulfilling the Hippocratic Oath!!! I finally went to a private clinic yesterday. I will not recommend this clinic to anyone.
I have been a patient at mydentist for a many years now but this year I have had the pleasure of being treated by Dr Lyudmil Georgiev and the team, due to lockdown it took a wee bit longer to complete but the care I have recieved and the outcome of the treatment could not have been better. The results are amazing and Dr Georgiev would not accept anything but perfection he also has very innovative ideas about the way dentures should fit, I could not be happier and I feel so much more confident with my new smile. Thankyou very much.
Shocking treatment to all customers. Rude staff and poor attitude towards patients. Constantly cancelling appointments and always running late
Long waiting for visit when i got there dentist told he need to extract my upper 2 and put crown on bridge. But i went to other dentist and canal treatment sort it out and i still got my tooth. Plus cost me less. Highly NOT recommend.
You either have to wait ages to be seen. Or you're stuck in traffic, late by 10 minutes and you're refused to be seen even though they make you wait a year for an appointment. Changed dentist.
Had an appointment there yesterday 17th July for a deep clean which I've never had done before so I was feeling a bit nervous, but there was no need for me to be the dentist was gentle and talked me thru the procedure it was all done before I knew it, no pain did I experience, my nxt appt is in 3 months time and I'm not at all nervous about seeing the dentist again for my follow up, 10 out of 10
Lyudmil Georgiev is the best Dentist I have ever had... Thank you .
What a fabulous team who have allayed my dental phobia !! Honest, kind and supportive .
