I have been going to Bupa Dental Care in Hereford for many years now. My dentist is Dr.Rui Brito who is amazing!! I have never had such a kind and gentle dentist. Rui puts you totally at ease and is very fair with the treatment required. The staff always welcome you with a smile and are very helpful. I would recommend this dentist to everyone!
Every time I go to Bupa Dental I have to wait more than 20 minutes. Today I had an appointment emergency with them and I waited about 25 minutes So when I saw the Dr he told me that you need refill and it takes about 15 minutes , I said yes no problem than he changed his mind and he said oh it is lunch time and you have better come back again and see your Dr . It’s might take weeks . So when I asked the reception for appointment they told me you can come the 30 of November . I asked if she could give me earlier date she said yes you can come 25 of this month . So she asked me why I reviewed just one start , I said because of waiting . And she looked at me and gave me an appointment at 30 of November .
Fantastic couldn’t of been any better fitted me in with an emergency appointment even though they were extremely busy
Moved into the area and want to register with this practice. Phoned and was on hold for 23 mins before it went to engaged. Went to visit on Saturday during advertised open hours and it looks like the business has closed - certainly wasn’t opened that day. Are you still trading?
I had an appointment with the hygienist and found her to be very friendly and excellent at her job. Can’t recommend highly enough
I have had both private and NHS dentistry in the past and am now an NHS patient at this practice, which is undoubtedly the best dental practice I have ever used. In fact, my partner, who was with a private dentist, was so impressed with my treatment that he joined them as well, as an NHS patient and has never once regretted it.The lovely ladies on reception are helpful, friendly and efficient. Their safety measures during the Covid outbreak have been excellent. My dentist is Dr Rui Britto and he is simply the best dentist I have ever known. Kind, caring and brilliant at what he does, I trust him completely. We are so lucky to have this terrific practice in Hereford!
This is the only dentist I have been to that make you feel so at ease and relaxed. I used to get nervous before going to see the dentist but I don't have that issue here. All staff are very polite and couldn't be any more helpful. Rui & the dental nurse are such a good team and all of my treatments have been pain free and I have so much confidence in them. Thank you for the amazing service you provide.
Brilliant service. Would like to say a massive thank you to Amy Evans for going above and beyond to get me seen, nothing was too much of an ask. She has a lovely manner about her that made me feel supported and welcomed especially being the nervous patient I am. Amy, I will always be grateful to you thankyou very much. My dentist siobhan was also lovely and made me feel at ease, I left the dentist with a positive experience and I don’t feel as anxious about going back. Thank you to all!
Great experience from the get go, appointment organised by the lovely Amy, very friendly and helpful. Appointment was with the orthodontist Mustafa, he took me through my options for the treatment 6 month smile, and was very professional and informative. Can’t wait to get back in and start the treatment. Would highly recommend!
