Very pleased at the service provided by staff at Pollok branch. Cash transfer service is straight forward and very reliable and transferred into my bank before 5pm same day. Polite staff, no long queues when waiting. Use the Pollok branch numerous times and cannot fault the services provided.
Po late opening, didn't open till 8min past, went to use the credit union, the girl on, didn't have a good manner at all, nicola, she said we don't open till 10am thought this was strange, then her friend showed, they had a gossip in the back,, they de sided to serve me, thought this was rud,
Two of the women staff are very unfriendly and unprofessional at the credit union, not the post office side. I am thinking of closing my account and move to another branch. It will be of help if the staff had name badges.
Been with pollok credit union for years all the staff past and present are brilliant always been very helpful and friendly I'd be lost without them.
Service is disgraceful. It takes them about a week to process any requests such as transfering funds from your shares to your bank. Not the best.
Very handy with the Post Office , though why there is no outside post box is beyond me...
Waited way over the estimated time for loan approval! And I'm still waiting after being with them for years, Disappointed.
Thing it's really cold to send a letter about banking stuff in the manner in which way this was done SHOCKING
