Always really helpful and friendly staff. Regardless of how much is in your account you are made to feel like a partner at the bank rather than an inconvenience. The comfortable, welcoming interior also reflects this. My only feedback would be that somewhere to sit if the queue is long would be really welcome as I've noticed a lot of people queueing at banks tend to be on the older side who aren't comfortable with the newer remote deposit technology etc.
I need assistance with some bank statements, the lady who assisted me could not have been more helpful. It is great to have a branch and be able to speak to people, it really is great and long may it continue!
Lovely looking branch, modern style shape. Facilities available for Internet banking and ATM machine inside and outside for withdrawal or deposit money/cheque. The number of people attending customers is less than old days, as most banks now encourage their customers to use Internet and app banking.
I was greeted at the door and offered assistance The customer service was excellent.
Expect your bank account to be frozen for no good reason then access to your funds blocked for well over a month. Suffice to say better try another bank that does not treat their customers like cash cows and held to ransom over some algorithm.
Great Banking / financial services Experience Excellent reliable professional customer service . They also offer a great referral program where you can earn upto £200 with a friend/ Family member when they switch their main current account to nation wide . Good variety of current / saving account that will suite everyone. Their mobile app both iOS / Android is extremely user friendly that will keep you always in control of your banking experience in the most secure way . ** Over all I would Highly recommend them ** * all their current accounts supports Google Pay without any extra fees *
Disinterested staff that took ages to process paying in of 2 cheques. No eye contact or engagement at all. When the robotic "is there anything else I can help you with" was met by myself telling the member of staff that things like the wifi code were missing from notices about the free wifi. Staff rather curtly verbally gave me the code rather than apologise.
They claim they are proud to be different when they are just the same as other banjs, closing branches and centralising everything making queues longer, staff are impatient, rude and slow, computer systems even slower, not there best effort, customer service needs improving and the nationwide need to remember that they are owned by their customers and those customers might not stay if standards of service do not improve.
It really deserves all respect, a very, very wonderful branch that welcomes you with all respect
