Service & MOT

I had a Service & MOT booked in for this morning, took the car in at 915 AM as requested, and was told it would take 2.5 hours, and would be ready by 12 ish. Went to collect it at 1215, and was told MOT done, but we haven't done the service. Wasn't keen on hanging around a dealership for a further two hours, so now rebooked for 19th, and they are now collecting and returning car from my home 8 miles away. disappointed in the lack of customer service.

They sell cars and seem like a friendly group, and are very good when explaining how everything works so you get all your questions answered

Over changed said they put 3 liters dpf fluid at £64 per litre when the tank only takes 1.5 litres. Don't trust them to be honest.
