I collected my Kona EV Premium 64kwh on Saturday 30th October. What a fantastic car! Bobby has been very supportive throughout the Motability process, so many thanks to him. Although this is our first full electric car, my husband and I are loving it. Smooth drive, very comfortable, loads of extras as standard in the Premium and super safe too. We’ve had several questions, called the dealership and they have been answered. We weren’t aware Autochair no longer allows the transfer of hoists from one Motability car to the next, so a little more expensive than we initially thought, but we’ll know for next time.

I recently went to Endeavour Frinton where Matt greeted me and asked what I was looking for. He was very thorough in explaining and presenting various different options available and offered a test drive of a couple of in stock cars if I wished. I appreciated his non pushy manner & I’m seriously considering the options presented by Matt. I hope this praise reaches him to let him know that he’s hard work is appreciated.

My wife and I went to Endeavour Frinton as we'd seen they had a number of Konas to look at as an alternative to her Kia Rio. As we were looking around outside, Matt came out and welcomed us and asked what we were looking for, so he got keys to a couple of cars to show us the options, and it became obvious that a Premium suited our needs, so we went inside and discussed things.  Matt's non-pushy manner was excellent, he suggested a test drive.  We took up his offer and were very impressed, so when we arrived back the deal was done.  The car was picked up two days ago and has been fantastic.  We have nothing but praise for Matt's approach and and friendly manner which really suited us.  Well done Matt!

Took my vehicle in for an air conditioning service. Brilliant experience from start to finish. Andrea was great! Comfortable lounge and free coffee! Whilst I was there I also had the anti bacterial cleanse through the air con system which has got rid off the slight smell that I had before, technicians were spot on with the recommendation! Easy to book my car in and very quick service. Thank you, I will be coming back for other services!
