Do not by a car from this company!! They make the archetypal  ' dodgy second hand car dealer' seem honest by comparison . Purchased a £3500 Ford Fusion with 66k on the clock. After 9 weeks wheel bearing went and air conditioning failed. Took the car back only to be told that the warranty was 2 months (although nothing of the sort on the paperwork) and that the faults were 'fair wear and tear' They also said that if they fixed every niggling little fault (!) they would not be in business. I will never recommend them to anyone and advise all potential buyers to be very cautious.

My recent purchase of a VW Golf from Chartwell Suffolk Ltd could not have been a more pleasant experience. 
Mike and Laurence are extremely professional and provided me with an exceptionally well prepared used car. 
Having looked at numerous other vehicles and visited several dealerships it was refreshing to find this company offering nicely presented vehicles.
