AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE We bought a car from this Guy on the 13th Feb.  What has happened since then is a long story. The first time the boot opened it was broken and within 3 weeks the exhaust needed completely replacing. He cut all communication and has refused to help. We raised the issue of the boot straight away and he, at first, came back saying he would have a look and fix it. In fact he got a garage to provide a temporary bodge job which involved super glueing some of the boot together and this only worked for a couple of days. He didn't answer or return our calls from my girlfriend and me on 21st feb, 6th March, 8th March. He eventually had the audacity to respond to a text message saying he hadn't responded to us as he was busy "getting deals completed" and he was trying to get a second hand part to fix the boot. At this point it looked like he may actually try and help us. Later this day he sent us an email replying to one of our other attempts to contact him via email (as he had ignored all other attempts). He replied giving us 2 or 3 days to accept £100 as a take it or leave it offer within his set deadline. We have since emailed him and haven't had a reply. Its been another few weeks now. It is clear he has totally washed his hands of us. It has been 6 or 7 weeks and we have not had a solution or even a courtesy call to say he will help us. We now have a car that has a boot that can't be opened (he knew full well that one of the reasons we bought the car was because the boot was big as we have a german shepherd) and had to spend £130 on a new exhaust. A complaint has been made to trading standards and we will be persuing this via a small claims court as the repairs could run into £400 for the boot alone. Buy a car from this guy at your own risk and don't expect him to show an ounce of professionalism.
