Amazing customer service provided by Bobby who went over and above in the level of service she provided today.It was nearing closing time but she remained calm and cooperative and ensured that our enquiry was dealt with high standards and to our satisfaction. Great bank.. I have found all staff very polite and helpful. Standing in queue, there is nearly always someone comes round, asks is there any way they can do, to make your visit quicker. Always a pleasure to go unto this bank.
Great assistance in branch today. Greeter at the door advised how I could request a limit increase on the ATM whilst I was in branch so that I didn't have to attend to queue again. All staff I spoke to were friendly and informative.
Massive queues as Natwest have still to space their tills out adequately making one till redundant due to social distancing. The pandemic has affected all businesses since March 2020 - some have adjusted better than others. Natwest have failed totally. Their own 'hole-in-the-walls' are inadequate at taking in cash 3 attempts and then it throws your money out forcing you to join the back of the long and slow queue. The Natwest staff are trying their best while the manager stands over staff to make sure they are doing their job correctly - it's not the staff that are failing us - it is the management of the branch at Nuneaton.
Absolutely brilliant company! We have not enough words to express our gratitude about this amazing bank. We had so much support during the years from both branches Nuneaton and Hinckley, absolutely lovely and professional staff. Mortgage team, another amazing team. Natwest has so many options for mortgages and it was so easy to apply and go through the process, we could not believe it. Just wonderful! I would definitely recommend them to everyone! Thank you Natwest team for the hard work you do!!!
Spent 2 1/2 queuing this morning in order to pay a cheque into my son's account. While waiting asked by a natwest representative what I wanted to do, replied I need to pay a cheque into my son's account, told I would have to wait and pay cheque in over the counter, was told the same 3 weeks ago and at that time decided not to wait. On reaching the front on the queue was told that after all that I could have paid it in via the ATM, now have a parking fine....thank you natwest. Also the next customer was given the same information.
I've have unfortunately had to go into this branch on more than one occasion. Its seems to me that not having enough staff on during your busy times 12-2pm is a trait for both this branch and other Natwest branches. Having to wait over 40 minutes just to be served ? If this is progress - God help us all! I've come to the conclusion that if this happens again. I for one will terminate 30 years of banking with you One very dissatisfied customer ---
A modern Natwest which is well staffed for once. A couple of features on the machines were not working unfortunately
