Team at PM Physio were really helpful, very prompt response to web bookings, very accommodating with appointment times etc.  The Physio I saw was Victoria and I had a really good thorough consultation followed by massage of affected area and an explanation and run through of set of exercises to do at home. Victoria gave really clear explanation of my injury and the exercises to help strengthen that area.  The massage left my shoulder feeling much looser and easier when moving, I’ve been following Victoria’s instructions with the excercises each day and am definitely feeling the benefits.  Would definitely recommend PM Physio to anyone requiring assistance. Brilliant service with great Physio. 👍

Had two acupuncture sessions so far and really enjoying them, i feel there helping my headaches and make me feel really relaxed. Peter is very professional and friendly. Highly recommended P M Physio
