I couldn't recommend Emma more highly. She is so knowledgeable and so kind, and made me feel so much better. Her advice and guidance was really comprehensive and she gave me exercises to work on. She also does great sports massages!

I have been to see Emma a few times for different injuries/niggles and every time she has been brilliant. She is very thorough, she has done extensive investigation into what the issue might be, I feel like she goes above and beyond, and is genuinely wanting to help me rather than just doing her job, and each time has given me a great rehab programme to help me back to full fitness, without ever having me stop exercising altogether, just some temporary adjustments here and there. Because she is a CrossFitter herself, she understands what I can and can’t do around my injuries.  She is also great for sports massage and I have been to see her for them after a few big events and competitions which has really helped with the recovery!  She is also really friendly and approachable and makes you feel comfortable straight away. I always recommend MoveWell.

Emma has kept a knackered body working, without recommending the scrap heap once! Admittedly, the MOT’s are becoming more frequent however her knowledge and experience of how the body works and what it can do is a credit to her care and professionalism.

Fantastic physio, gave great advice, and has really helped me with recovery from an injury. Would not see anyone else!
