Damaged the ligaments in my ankle. Tried rehabbing myself for two weeks, but decided to give ESP a try as I had heard great things. REALLY glad I did. Nice, clean and spacious facility. Friendly and knowledgable physios, Lewis was my physio. You will not be disappointed with the level of expertise and the empathy/game plan given to maximise recovery of your injury. Even after one session I really felt the benefits. Highly recommend.

After various unproductive visits to a gp for crippling sciatica I got in touch with ESP and was given an appointment with Tom. I was instantly impressed by his knowledge and skill. Bearing in mind i had trouble standing for more than a minute without terrible pain after a short series of sessions I am standing, walking and even back playing golf all pain free! Cant thank Tom and ESP enough you have literally given me my life back. I can only recommended these guys highly to anyone with similar issues and for the excellent advice I have been given.

These are the best physio's I have ever seen. I have competed in sport since I was 4. Through gymnastics, taekwondo and rugby I now compete in weightlifting and am currently in the running to qualify for the commonwealth games next year. Over a 26 year competitive sports career, I have had my fair share of injuries and seen many physios along the way. It can take a lot of trial, error, time and money to find a physio that is merely good. The guys at ESP Physiotherapy are, in my opinion, the best in Scotland. I have lived in Aberdeen and now Glasgow, there is a reason I have made the drive to Grangemouth/Sterling/Edinburgh for all my pre and rehab physiotherapy needs.

Lewis took the time to properly assess and diagnose my back problem and gave me easy to do exercises to do at home. He explained what was going on and how my problem may have occurred in an easy to understand way. I felt that he genuinely cared about helping rather than the service I had received elsewhere. I thoroughly recommend.
