Cannot recommend highly enough. After years of issues, I finally have a diagnosis and treatment plan and already seeing massive improvement after only 2 sessions. Gordon is incredibly knowledgeable and explains everything so well. Would recommend to anyone.
Been booked in with Scott for 4 sessions via work related tendon/muscle injury. Session 1 - incredible pain, limited mobility. Session 4 - Massive improvement. Still some sessions to have but Scott has worked wonders. Good chat and banter too. 10/10 for him and ESP
Scott has been supporting me through a calf injury. Very knowledgeable in his field, injury healing well and has given simple and manageable exercises to speed up the process.
Great treatment and super advice after some work out problems. Now feeling much happier, more positive and confident about future gym sessions. Highly recommend Lewis, what a star.
Excellent experience. The place itself is a bit odd, being a room inside the rugby club, but the service was excellent. Friendly and helpful with a good diagnosis of what's wrong and agreed plan to move forward.
Olivia at Stirling helped me enormously, my progress over the sessions peaked and troughed but she persevered and tried various techniques to help me. She was also really encouraging when my injury was getting me down a bit so helped me stay positive. Thanks so much Olivia!
Been going to Gordon for a few weeks now , and starting to feel a great difference in my leg , wish I found him a year ago , nice and relaxed atmosphere, easy approach.

I suffered a pulled muscle in my lower back and after 4 days I was in agony. I had one appointment with Andrew Linn at ESP who gave me a thorough check over and his diagnosis followed by effective treatment. He managed to remove 90% of the pain and enabled me to move again a bit more freely. Not bad at all for a first appointment. I've been to others that took loads of appointments not to mention loads of payments and couldn't achieve that so we'll done Andrew. I have booked a further treatment just to keep things right. Highly recommend ESP
