We used Graysons to buy our first house. In general they were quite poor and the sale dragged on for months. However, SIX MONTHS after completion we received THREATENING letters from Graysons saying that they had miscalculated our bill and we now owed them an additional £500!! At the time of completion we received and settled the final bill. We were also assured by Graysons that the account was settled. To then receive this out of the blue is outrageous. The solicitor who dealt with our house purchase has also left the firm since, complicating the issue further. I STRONGLY advise avoiding Graysons, utterly UNPROFESSIONAL and INEPT.

The worst solicitors I've ever worked with. After 8 weeks nothing is done.

Terrible Never answer calls my wife just gets put on to answer machines Still got my money 4 days after completing and no one returns calls Terrible terrible do not use
