I've asked them to service my bike for 70.3 and full Ironman. Their bike service and customer service is excellent. It's more than excellent. When you're tackling a 112 mile race the last thing you need is a mechanical doubt in your mind. Plush Hill removed all such doubt. My bike performed faultlessly. That's priceless.

They personally delivered the to my office in Shrewsbury! I purchased a kids bike in the weekend. Sunday they called and asked if they could deliver it personally rather than courier. It was delivered ready assembled on Monday at 9am! Great service Plush cycles! thank you.

Fantastic service, so approachable and relaxed in assisting. All price ranges and ability/ages catered for. Thanks for getting us started. Families looking for bikes, beginners and expert riders catered for equally well whilst we were visiting.

'A LITTLE SUNDAY PANIC RESOLVED' - I Phoned Plush Hill Cycles Sunday morning as new customer with a worn rear bearing and hub, They were happy to repair the wheel that same morning, 'While I waited'. I found the staff very knowledgeable, eager to help and friendly people. Really appreciated their prompt help, would recommend to any cyclist - It's nice to know your there for when I need you again. The wheels and back on the bike and seems perfect. Thank you very much Dave.
