Halfords - Telford Store

My head light bulb needed replacing and i tried using the computer system in store, but it did not work as i have a unique car, proton savvy. Dan was amazing!! He found the bulb and replaced it, whilst doing this i managed to break my key fob. I needed the battery in the key fob replaced anyway and Dan not only replaced the battery but he also glued my key fob back together. I am so grateful for this excellent service, if you go to halfords, ask for Dan!!!!

Fantastic Customer Service On my way to North Wales for New Year I experienced brake fade and realised the brake warning light I'd been ignoring was actually telling me something quite important (doh) ... I pulled off the M54 at Telford and found this place by accident. My car was full of luggage and family so I was frankly desperate ... the managers response COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE HELPFUL!!! They gave me a courtesy car, directions to the local shopping center to kill some time, arranged to get the replacement pads and have them fitted within 3 hours (remember I had no appointment but turned up off the street with a high probability of never going back). Better than his word, I received a call from the manager 2.5 hours later that I could get back in the car and on with my journey. They turned a crisis into a minor inconvenience. Thank you!

The store itself is useful with a good range for most requirements, but almost every time I've been the staff seem somewhat reluctant to help. A younger average age seems to have a negative affect on customer service. Seems that there is always a long delay to be served and it never seems to have improved over the years.

My battery died last night. Ordered a new one for this morning. Was waiting for me when I arrived and was fitted within minutes.
