Ordered a Liverpool shirt online to be delivered to the Telford store. . On collection was told they only do the printing on a Saturday... so made a special journey on the bus ( and I'm disabled) to get the printing put on. to then be told they only do the printing on a sunday....no apology just a blank stare and a shrug....i explained" u told me Saturday only u Yesterday" i just got a shrug and a rude reply of "nothing I can do"" Disgusting customer service. One very annoyed customer who WON'T be returning to this store

Good choice of footwear but only small sizes on display and getting an assistant to get your size takes far too long (9 minutes to be precise). Eventually I was told to shop online as my size wasn't available (an average size 6). More staff required, less chatting amongst themselves and service needs improving.

Big prices but you can get good discounts, try the web store before buying, might be cheper.
