Outstanding plumbing store. I use the store regularly and they consistently have everything I require. The staff are knowledgeable, polite, genuine and always seem to go out of their way to help. I once required an obscure spare part and they had it in-stock the following day for collection and they continuously updated me until it arrived. The staff really helpful here. Am grateful, many thanks!

Just the job, leaking swivel resealed and new kitchen mixer tap to replace the one corroded through
This may look like just a shop for pipes, fittings and maybe a plain toilet but it is so much more. They have a vast array of catalogues and can order a huge range of everything for your bathroom/shower etc. We got a bath, massive shower cubicle, toilet and all the fittings from them considerably cheaper than we could find anywhere else. They were really helpful with advice and knowledge about stuff we wouldn't have thought of.
Awfully rude owner who absolutely ripped off my fiancée and told her incorrect information and tried selling her a fitting at over 3x the price of normal value. Decided it would be best to laugh at her and make her feel uncomfortable. I took the part back next day and the owner was rude again. Luckily I got a refund. Would review lower if I could!
