Travelled all the way to Liverpool from Essex to go to this place. Friend had been in contact with them since June about a VIP table as it was her 30th. I also was in contact a few days before hand asking if we can have a party package. We were told to come before 1am as they didn’t open until 11am due to the boxing. On arrival several people said that we didn’t have a table, but sat us down at this small area as they were sorting it out. We had to keep asking what was going on and in the end they told us they had given our table to someone else “Tina” from shameless!!!! They didn’t offer to put things right, just gave us our money back and sent us on our way!!! Ruined my friends birthday night out, wasted journey! Poor management, poor people skills, poor organisation skills! amateurs are running this place into the ground going by the reviews.

Worst club I've ever been to!! Arrived at 11.10pm (opens at 11). Paid what we believed to be reasonable money for a table, only for the staff to shut at 1.40am (open 11-4). It was music off and lights on, without warning!!! We then had to contend with an aggressive bully of a bouncer, unprofessional dancers and a manager that refuses to speak to people face to face!! He actually hid downstairs and then said he would only discuss issue over email on Monday morning!!!! Avoid at all costs!!
