Our buyer used this joke of a solicitor for the house move, Lesley Davis very nearly lost us our house due to her complete incompetence. She took 12 weeks to answer enquiries for no apparent reason and wouldn't answer emails/phone calls for this period. When she did finally send enquiries she failed to see the importance of sending a document we needed for the council as she thought word of mouth was enough! 

Avoid at all costs that is unless you like a long drawn out stressful process with a solicitor that isn't willing to speak to people.

Avoid at all cost,terrible service.taken two and a half years to have a property put into my name through inheritance from parents passing ,huge costs incurred also.collected final paperwork and not one of the people that i had delt with could even hand them over to me and just passed them to a flusterd receptionist to do .such a terrible experience.

Used Platt & Fishwick when buying our house , they took the stress out of everything for us , very efficient and professional, explained every part of the contract with us in detail , would deffinatly recommend .
