I called Platinum just after 9am about a slow puncture, dropped the car off soon afterwards. Slow puncture repaired within the hour. Amazing service. Thank you.
Two tyres replaced yesterday with new and a troublesome leak on the beading of another sorted. Ordered tyres Wednesday, booked appointment and work done next day in about 30 minutes. Really pleasant staff in reception and the tyre fitters couldn’t be more helpful. Pain free experience and very competitively priced. Not sure I would ever go anywhere else for tyres. Thanks.
Went here this morning after waking up to a flat tyre. Emma on reception was great and the lads managed to squeeze me in. They also managed to repair the foam tyre and not try to sell me a new one. A really honest company to deal with, I’ll be back. Thanks!

MY HUSBANDS CAR HAD A FLAT WHEEL ON THE SWAINBY ROAD AND AS WITH MODERN CARS IT HAS NO SPARE WHEEL. PLATINUM TYRES CAME OUT AS SOON AS THEY COULD AND FIT A NEW TYRE AT THE ROADSIDE WHILE WE WAITED.FIRST CLASS SERVICE AND A VERY FAIR PRICE.

I've only used this garage once and had an excellent experience. I had a tyre losing pressure, and after a phone call was offered an appointment within the hour. 30 minutes work to remove the wheel and the nail from the tyre and carry out a repair - all for £20. Many of my friends locally use this garage for servicing and MOTs and all speak highly of it. I will be booking my car in later this year. The other good thing is they deal with many of the high-end models and I think this is a good indication of their competence and knowledge. Happily recommend.
Very good service. Online ordering and booking system works very well. Pricing as good if not better than the big name online tyre people. Service at their depot was great.
