The mechanism on my rather expensive kitchen blind failed the other day. I contacted Mulberry over that weekend and they called me first thing on the Monday. Came and fixed it the following day, today, with absolutely no quibble. Very respectful of my kitchen surfaces. Whilst initially I was disappointed that my lovely blind had broken, the way Mulberry responded and fixed the problem is a demonstration of First Class customer service. Great retailer.

Excellent company, from start to finish. Came round to measure up. The blinds came in quicker than expected and they were fitted promptly. Absolutely love my blinds, get loads of good comments. Would highly recommend

Great service from Janine and her team! We got our blinds for two windows on our stairs from Mulberry Blinds and are really pleased. Andy came round and measured up then we discussed fabrics and patterns with Janine in their showroom which looks amazing after their recent revamp. Would highly recommend.

Wouldn't go anywhere else for blinds. Excellent service from viewing, selecting various blinds and styles, to fitting and after sales care. Different style blinds fitted in study, kitchen and breakfast room over the years. Very pleased all round!
