Awful service, do not recommend. Wedding Car Weekend Hire in July Red Mercedes G Wagon £2600 + £3000 deposit on top Pros: They offer to deliver and collect the car from you. Car was delivered and collected on time. Cons: The car was delivered with a massive crack on the front windscreen. They gave no prior warning of this and acted as if it wasn't even an issue. The car itself on the inside wasn't even cleaned properly. After I emailed my complaint communication from the company was extremely poor. I phoned and emailed several times just to get my deposit back, which normally gets returned for all customers within 1 week, however mine was returned after 2 months. Their offer of a compensation was £200 off my next order with them, which frankly was a slap on the face. I declined this offer and said they should offer better compensation, which they agreed over the phone that something would be sorted out. But after 5 months they have still not offered anything else. Again communication from their side was almost non-existent, just being ignored which is not a nice feeling.
I recently had the pleasure of using Platinum Executive Travel PET for the first time, and I couldn't be happier with the service. We hired the white G63 for a Sikh wedding, traveling from Cardiff to Birmingham and back from 5am to 10pm. Despite the long day, PET made the experience seamless and enjoyable. Our driver, Shabaz, arrived early and was absolutely fantastic. His professionalism and friendly demeanor were truly impressive and he is a credit to PET. From the start, he made us feel comfortable and ensured the journey was smooth and stress-free. They went above and beyond to make our day special, and I will definitely be using them for all future travel needs. Highly recommend!
After being let down at the last minute by another firm, I made reservations with the company with only 2 hrs to go for my son's prom! The entire team provided absolutely great service, and they were all extremely friendly and helpful. You all contributed to my son having a fantastic prom. I'm very thankful. The car was gorgeous! We had absolute pleasure renting the G Wagon. The customer service and communication was brilliant. The chauffer was very polite and respectful. They did not let us down punctual and helpful. Looking at some reviews I wasn't sure but it just goes to show you shouldn't believe the negative. We had good experience. Will definitely use them in future.
First time hiring a supercar for my big day, Although the vehicle I wanted wasnt available at the time Ive received a better alternative! with no extra charge although it was much higher price cost difference. Security deposit was negotiable they have been fairly reasonable with me. Despite all negative feedback I can assure you this is my honest experience, they have looked after me. P.S I am a complete customer not a family or relative of the business that give false feedback. Thank you for PET service.

This company is a scam they tell everyone that they're based in London originally located in Birmingham Do not take any vehicles out from this company as they are not registered by the company house they take people's deposit and doesn't return it back to people avoid this company at all times Big scan. They are the top big scammers out there
