I am so suprised and shocked to see some of the reviews on here. My personal experience was amazing. I got a courtesy car from enterprise through my insurance. My insurance company have been awful through my accident and arranging my courtesy car. Eventually it was sorted but i was struggling to get to enterprise to collect the car. After my accident i was really bruised and sore and later found out i had broken rib. I called the enterprise team explaining my situation and that i have a 3 year old and would be hard to collect if they could drop the car to me. The person i spoke to was really helpful and said they normally dont but he can try help. He then got back to me stating the car would be dropped off. It was dropped off and really clean with fuel in the car. The staff member dropping the car was polite and proffesional. When the car was returned i had same issue and needed it to be collected. I spoke to Ashley and he kindly arranged collection. I had a really good experience with enterprise and really appreciate all the help. They went above and beyond to help me. Thank you very much. I received truly exceptional service from all the Staff I encountered at this Enterprise Car & Van Hire subsidiary. Particular mention has to go out to Shakeel and Iram who were both friendly, approachable, professional and went beyond the 'call of duty'. Shakeel managed to get hold of a car for me, which was great, however, I found it unsuitable, as it was too small for my requirements. Within a few hours and after considerable effort on his part, he was able to source another vehicle for me from another branch. The new vehicle met all the criteria and I got so attached to it, that the only sad thing for me was when I handed the keys back. I look forward to booking other 'hire' cars from this branch in the future. I felt reassured in their company and was impressed how they could resolve issues by improvising and thinking 'out-of-the box'. In essence, they made the whole process simple, straightforward, enjoyable and hassle-free.
Absolutely remarkable and first class service from the boys. This branch should lead example of other enterprises across the country. Great communication and advise received from the team who treated me very well. The representative Omar who was kind enough to give me a free upgrade to a nice Ford Fiesta. I’ll be honest, I have never booked a car hire for a long distance journey before so I was quite nervous about the whole experience. ‘Mars’ or Marwan , the branch manager, who I got on the phone the first time , was very helpful and reassuring , to the extent that I felt comfortable enough to not only call back and book the car but also consider doing so again if needed. However, I would advise contacting the branch direct and asking for the branch manager and not booking through the call centre as the details can get mixed up. I would also advise that you note down what has been agreed at the start eg: regarding what time the car needs to be returned, how much petrol etc and to ensure you get a full explanation and demonstration of how the car works, don’t be embarrassed to ask as you’re the one driving it and if you’re not familiar with the make and model , it’s your responsibility. Give yourself plenty of time before the pickup time as there may be a queue of people waiting. Unfortunately, they can’t guarantee what make or model you’ll get, but they’ll try their best to get as close as possible, just make sure when you call, you ignore the options and hold until you get through to the branch. There were some expensive and fast cars in the car park, if you like that kind of thing, my husband was commenting! Knowledgeable and friendly staff.
Booked a car 1 month advance came to the last day i rang them to ask if they can pick me up from train station .. guy called amir said you hiring a premium car from birmingham why not from where i was from midlands .. told them they dont do premium car he started to question me and said its 30 grand car .. which was big insult thinking i cant afford 1 and suspecting me of stealing there car or something any how they cancelled my booking without me knowing still got text the next day to say collect your car and fill it details online ect .. even spoke to guy called usman who i asked for email to make complain Put me hold for 33 minutes and then cut me off DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HIRE FROM DIFFERENT BRANCH YOUNGSTER ACTING LIKE ITS THERE DAD COMPANY

Always a friendly welcome with polite and courteous staff. Can sometimes take a little time to get your car and be on your way but is pretty good most of the time.
