We were recommended to Platform Property and from the outset, they were very proactive and professional. We accepted an offer quite quickly, but legal matters dragged on for several months and it was Toni who kept us going throughout. She is always upbeat, hardworking, positive and reassuring and has great attention to detail. I knew that Toni would reply immediately to an email or phone call and she made me feel as though ours was the only property sale she was following up! Outstanding service from a superb Company, thank you so much.

Platform Property has been a delightful experience. They were not only very communicative but also very flexible and would always put themselves out. Adam was always willing to help myself and the seller out wherever possible and never felt as if I was unable to see or speak to him with any updates or queries. Can't recommend them enough. We recently sold our flat through Platform Property and were delighted with their service throughout the process. All members of staff were incredibly helpful but Adam in particular was fantastic and provided excellent communication, which kept us informed at all stages of the process. We recently bought a house in Seal through Platform property, Eloise, Toni and the staff were very helpful all through out the purchase process, We visited the house many times with different tradesmen to plan renovations even before the purchase of the property and the staff was very helpful. We highly recommend Platform Property.

I actually was the buyer of a property that Platform Property was managing the sale of, and I found their approach and professionalism really excellent.  I'll definitely use them if and when I sell my home - but that won't be anytime soon!

So refreshing to have an estate agent that actually WORKS for you.  Having wasted 6 months with an "award winning" independent estate agent in Tunbridge Wells and getting nowhere I spoke to Mark at Platform Property.  Within days he had my Victorian top floor flat photographed beautifully, and a description written up.  We had four viewings within just a couple of weeks and an acceptable offer after just four weeks. Their offices are open 7 days a week with long hours.  The team worked tirelessly through to completion, assisted extremely capably by Toni, the sales progression lady.  A constant stream of communication between both parties is essential in the sales process and Toni was fabulous, always maintaining a cool head and lovely manner.  Platform Property is a young company and extremely well managed, with a great work ethos.  They will go far and deserve to do so, winning business from those agents who rely on their history and name but never seem to lift a finger.  Well done and keep up the good work Platform!

Finally got round to leaving my review for Platform Propperties, I cannot recommend them more highly. From the very first moment that I meet Tom I knew I had made the right decision to use Platform Property to sell my home. With their refreshing attitude to work hard, their work ethic to be able to offer their service seven days a week with dedication of all their staff to go above and beyond helped make the selling of my home as stress free as possible. I was kept informed, with regular updates. But would like to give a very special thanks to Toni who works for their after sales team, she was able to have full contact with all the solicitors in my chain and without her and her persistent hard work I think the sale would have fallen through, so thank you Toni

We recently completed on a property in Central Sevenoaks through Platform Property, I am extremely impressed with the service I received as one of their buyers.
