I engaged Karrison Property for their commercial property contract knowledge. I dealt with David Robinson who was extremely thorough and helped us with our negotiation. David had an depth knowledge of the local market I would not hesitate in using his services again.
Karrison are a friendly approachable local agent. I have used them both for advice relating to residential property matters and also as an agent for letting out commercial space. I'd recommend them 100%.
I went into the estate agency and was treated so badly .. will never consider this agency as an option or recommend. Have since spoken to the owner and would say he was very receptive to my feedback, changed my rating from 1 star to 4 star due to his attitude.
DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME TO CONTACT THEM! Fake property to let. None of these property are available.
Awful just avoid these people like the plague. Rude and obnoxious staff.
