Initally really good - but since then its been really clunky to try and add vehicles on/ get hold of anyone & we are now on our 3rd advisor at the start of year 2.  I think they offer good service to get you on board & then lose interest.  The lines ring out/ you get cut off and people dont get back to you. Hopefully just a glitch - but when you rely on a company you want the service to be consistent. The people I have dealt with have been nice  - just wish the service was as good as it was initally when signing up.nnSo we do recommend and hopefully its just the business evolving that have caused them to change our contact and hopefully the phone lines get sorted soon.

We have used Plan Insurance at my workplace for some time, but this was my first personal experience with them. The service was swift, polite and helpful throughout, with every question dealt with promptly. our renewal was dealt with in particular by Skye Higgs, who is a credit to the company.

Another year with plan insurance. My insurance actually went down a few quid this year which was nice. Renewal was easy online so I’m covered for another year.
