Karen from Future Proof was very helpful indeed, and certainly pro-active, in assisting me in sorting out a situation in which a rival broker had attempted to steer me away from my existing policy in a rather underhand manner.  It turns out that a change of policy was neither necessary nor in my best interests, and it is great to be able to rely on Future Proof as back-up.

Contacted Future proof regarding my life insurance policy.  Amy Whittingham dealt with my claim and she was very thorough in explaining my options and continually offered advice throughout. All in the experience was professional friendly with no pressure and i would highly recommend using this company..great experience.

A great team: friendly, professional and 200% dedicated to getting me the best coverage to fully meet my needs.  Helped me think through all the nuances and areas that I was not always aware of.  Didn't over-sell, under-sell or dazzle me with science.  They got it spot-on.  Couldn't recommend David and his team any higher!
