I could not be happier with Sarah and her team after selling our family home in Gerrards Cross in next to no time and for my than I had imagined. On the initial visit and appraisal Sarah came up with some great tips and practical things we could do to maximize the appeal of our house to potential buyers. Less than a fortnight later our home was on the market complete with a beautiful brochure and in just over a week we'd had several viewings and our house had sold for the asking price.

By getting the full asking price and with the fees being lower than I had expected was a real bonus. The support and communication throughout the process was excellent and the sale proceeded without a hitch. Thank you so much Sarah. Highly recommended.

Place sold our house so swiftly and efficiently. My husband and I were dreading all the hassle and hard work involved in putting our house on the market and we were so lucky that we found Place on the internet. We were a bit worried, at first, that they did not have a High Street presence but this, in fact, did not matter at all.

The photographs and house details were wonderful, so that the presentation of our house to potential buyers was superb and very professional. We had plenty of viewings, many of which were only possible because Place were prepared to work very long hours indeed. All in all, the quality of the service provided was second to none, with every problem fielded by Place. In addition, they kept us informed every step of the way.

Once again, a very big THANK YOU to Place and their staff - they were well worth their very modest fee.
