Binks Estate Agents is an independent Company, founded in 1994. It delivers bespoke premium Residential Sales, Lettings and Management services to its clients in the areas along the London Underground Metropolitan line from Northwood to Chesham, including Amersham, Chorleywood and the surrounding villages. Binks have been exceptional throughout our tenancy. They responded promptly, professionally and kindly to all our queries. Their contractors were excellent and always resolved matters quickly and to a high standard. I have rented from various estate agents over the years and Binks are far and away the best estate agency I've ever met. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Simply outstanding customer service - a family business that really cares about your property.  My late father first let out his flat nearly 23 years ago and for the last 4 years I have acted on his behalf.   We have been with the Binks team throughout and nothing has ever been too much trouble; a thoroughly professional service from start to finish.  The flat is now sold so our association sadly has to end.  It’s slightly unfair to single out anyone but thanks in particular to Simone and Miles letting and sales respectively and to Stephen for his help when needed.  If you need to let or sell a property these are the guys to use.

We sold our home with Binks and they were so professional and supportive! When we bought our current house through another different company we knew we weren’t going to use them. So glad we chose Binks. Just simple things, the professions advice, the personal care, the taking ownership of the situation and the speed at which they responded to calls and emails. Binks Estate Agents have acted for us in both sales and lettings and both teams are extremely helpful and supportive. With the rental, to be honest the team here are the best in Amersham. Having had dealings with competitors in the town, Binks Lettings were by far the best!  They really cared about our property whilst we were away travelling and managed it to an excellent standard.  When we decided to sell, we had no hesitation to go for them to sell.  We had a very difficult sale and with their guidance and knowledge we managed to complete on the sale, whilst achieving an excellent price. Thank god we chose them.  I would have no hesitation to recommend them for either sales or rentals and look forward to using them again in the future! Thank you!

Binks have managed the letting of our property for more than 8 years and also the sale of it over the past few months. Our experience of the company over this time has been one of efficiency and professionalism, on both the letting and the sales processes.  As we live in New Zealand, we have had to rely hugely on their judgement and their timeliness in handling any issues that arose on the lettings side and they proved to be very effective at getting things done and referring back to us when needed re bigger items of expenditure and providing regular monthly statements. Many thanks in particular to Simone, Vicky and Marie for your advice, assistance and regular communications.  The sales side which was not straightforward was similarly handled, with Miles keeping us appraised of developments as they happened and quietly working on our behalf with the purchaser in the background while we were sleeping!  Our huge thanks to the whole Binks Team for your help and understanding over these past 8 years!

We purchased our property through Binks and even though they were instructed by the seller, the service and commitment we saw from Binks from start to finish was nothing other than exemplary. We had an incredibly challenging transaction, and Miles in particular went over and beyond to provide updates and help the transaction along as best he could by trying to address any obstacles. He was fully committed to helping the transaction go through despite the stumbling blocks notwithstanding the Covid 19 pandemic. The team are very helpful, knowledgeable, professional and take pride in what they do and we would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing their services. Thank you to Miles and the Team!

We have rented our home through Binks lettings department for the past 4 years and they have been brilliant. I cannot thank Marie, Simone and Jackie enough for all their help. We'll be moving out soon and will be sad to say goodbye!  If we were renting another house I wouldn't hesitate to go back to them.
