I collect pizza all the time I get 1 sauce with pizza but this time the man who wearing sharp blade his neck refused for souce and staff are not profetional no caps on no appron no gloves totally disappointed Food: 1/5

Was starving so popped in, was in for a total of 1 minute as the filth and grime in a place like that obviously has  major issues..do not order food if you have neve been to the shop itself.. vile!

They advertise collection as being £5.50 but then charge you £8+ for the same collection.  When asked them about the price difference they said 'I changed it last week' another said 'that was earlier customers'.  Change your signage then!!  1 star because tasted nice, but in general they do nothing but deceive, just make prices up as they go

My food was cold but my grandson already eat some before I got a chase to have anything  that’s when I realised it was cold just because my grandson already ate a slice and a bite out of another slice get off. He said he wouldn’t change it disgusting I order from yous all of time and never had a problem with my foodFood: 1/5

Friend ordered a burger from here, came way too quickly as if it wasn’t fresh. Tasted very off had to be thrown away. Couple hours later stomach started hurting, and had been throwing up all day. Hasn’t got out of bed. Very disappointed with the quality of the food. Will never be ordering from this place again.  So I rang up to complain and the lady was being so rude, trying to make it out as if we were lying, customer service is terrible. Have no respect or sympathy towards their customers. My friend is in bed struggling and they take no responsibility for the unhygienic cooking which has caused my friends suffering. Have never been treated like this before. Worst takeway I’ve ever came across

Amazing food! Have ordered from here on numerous occasions and never been disappointed. Ordered through Uber eats today and forgot to add an item, but had already paid. Called the takeaway and they advised they would add item on to order for free! Brilliant customer service for my own error. Thank you again Pizza To Go
