The main attraction for me to the store was those seafood sandwiches, but by the looks of it they've stopped doing it. Lovely sausage rolls here besides my sandwich I used to like. Milligans is cheap! You will walk out with a handful. That's not to say cheap bad just cheaper than competitors at a similar quality. The kebab pasty is decent. I know that one sounds odd but it is.
Better than Gregg's, and this should be obvious as the smack heads will camp outside Milligan's more often than it's competitor bakery. Do not feed the smackheads, do not give them drug money and be wary of where they were sitting in case of contaminated sharps waste or you might get addicted to heroin or aids.
Food products are quite affordable and the quality is good as well. Staff is helpful and friendly. Would recommend it to everyone for a quick bite.
Never will I spend a penny in this shop again bought 2 pasties that I had just came out the oven and were red hot.. I was travelling and the paper bag was greasy so I asked for another paper bag to double up and was refused a paper bag. Unbelievable never again what's it coming too then when a extra paper bag carnt be handed out to a good customer. It's cost them put it that way
This bakery is well known in the Northeast of England. It sells a variety of fresh sandwiches hot & cold they also sell a variety of cakes & hot/cold drinks at very affordable prices. The staff are very friendly & helpful. I would definitely recommend people to go there.
Very busy branch of the bakery chain situated just beside Haymarket metro station who make the best sausage rolls in the area as well as a wide range of bakery products many of which are takeaways Staff friendly and service is swift Near to many oriental cafes and takeaways which appear to be creating a second China Town for the many Chinese students at nearby Universities
Best bacon & sausage sandwich around mixed giant bap. Great selection of hot food here you won't be disappointed. Good prices here too.
I got food poisoned from their Italian chicken sandwich. It was the only thing that I ate that day. only took couple of bites on a hurry. I wish I hadn’t !
