They make good food. When the woman answers the order is always right. When then english bloke answers its 50/50 on what you will get.

Although the pizza is the best quality in the area, the customer service is terrible and the are extremely delayed. The last three times we have ordered from Pizza Time, it has taken over two hours to arrive, each time we've called to ask where our food is, we get the same excuses... their ticket machine is faulty in some way. You would think as we have had the issue multiple times, we would be offered some sort of compensation. When it eventually does get delivered, we don't even get an apology. Wont be ordering from Pizza Time again unfortunately - which is a real shame, they had real potential.

Definitely my favourite pizza shop in consett by a country mile!! They get the order right without fail, food is always top quality and last night we got the £11 meal deal to share the pizza was bang on and the kebab meat was the best I've had in a long time, from now on I'll not go anywhere else for pizzas
