There was a loud kids party happening at the time which did ruin the atmosphere a bit, but not the stores fault! I was visiting on business and ate alone, the staff made me feel welcome and I would return if I'm back in yorkFood: 4/5
Greeted by server and given table. Asked for a menu. Waiter handed us menu, told us everything is done via app and disappeared! Went to a Pizza Hut restaurant to sit in for service ,,,,, not to do it ourselves on our phones! Could've done that from our hotel room! Felt like we were an inconvenience so left without ordering! No thank you Pizza Hut!
Went to York city centre pizza hut with my two sons. Was shown the table by the manager. Ordered the buffet meal and advised him we are vegetarian as there was only limited choice in the buffet. He was so accommodating/friendly and full of energy! No wonder he was the manager he made sure there was plenty of choice in the buffet and ensured we knew when more pizza was ready. Thanks again for the wonderful experience! Manager needs promotion!!
A much slicker version of the sit-down Pizza Hut restaurants of my youth, but the same tasty food. I like the self-serve salad bar and the deep pan pizzas arriving in their metal pan in a wooden board traditional but kept modern. Probably old fashioned, l am approaching 60, but in my opinion pizzas are best served after being freshly prepared in the restaurant and served immediately out of the oven. You can order via the staff, but the QR code on the table allows a much quicker ordering and payment process on your phone. Post-covid although fewer staff, glad to see the same good food and that the staff are still available to advise or help if needed. Really liked this restaurant and it's food.
Despite only being a Pizza Hut it was one of nicest meals had in a long time! Ingredients fresh and pizza base was excellent. Sharing meal deal also excellent value. Staff friendly and accommodating.Food: 5/5
Had an amazing time at pizza hut, york. We were served by Aadhira and she was really nice, polite and helpful. The restaurant is a bit small so seating was a little cramped but Aadhira joined few tables for us to make sure we were comfortable. Ordered the meat free range pizzas and some mac and cheese and both were absolutely delicious and so was the salad as usual.
Bit of a cue visited in the Easter holidays 2022 Had to wait 15 minutes for a table very busy But there again so was York in it's self I completely forgot that children over the age of 12 are charged adult prices so it come to £38 all together for two children and one adult with unlimited drinks and unlimited ice cream for the two children which are 13 years old by the way card payments only no cash but all in all a very good experience and the food was plentiful came away with our bellies full and happy .
The orange juice was delicious. The food was a touch overpriced, especially considering the pizza had hardly any dough on the bottom. Very busy. Very dirty. There was food all over the seats.Food: 2/5

Everything about the visit was pleasant from the greeting by staff at the door, to leaving. The young lady that greeted us was very polite and attentive as we worked our way through our first time using the online ordering system. We arrived after 9pm on a Saturday night and there were only a few people in, but we were still pleasantly surprised when our drinks were brought over within seconds of ordering and we didn't have long to wait for our food which was piping hot and well presented. Not one bad thing to say about the experience. Dietary restrictions: Once greeted politely by the young lady at the door, she asked about any food allergies. My partner doesn't have any allergies but has a dairy intolerance and the young lady gave us detailed information as she led us to our table with options for vegan cheese and other substitutes.
