Over 2 hours for delivery when it was estimated to be 60 minutes, rang them to find out what was happening, man who answered phone spoke very poor English and then a second man took over who could speak well, but couldn’t find my order, asked me what we had ordered and then said it’s on its way, it’s already in the car, which I don’t believe with how long it took to arrive after the phone call. Food itself wasn’t that great it was was warm though. It was our first time ordering from there and will be our last, disappointed. Having read some of the other reviews on here I’m sure they will just say ‘it was a really busy night’, that seems to be there favourite response, if your always that busy get more staff and stop making excuses. Your running a business, fix the problems, take responsibility.
£30…… it’s cost tonight. Never again. Ridiculous We literally had a few shavings of chicken and lamb donner each between three people out of a £16.50 mixed meal. We have had more donner in a kiddies meal. Definitely lost my custom tonight. Very very poor.

Always have amazing food from this place. The dips/sauces are to die for. Munch boxes go on for days with the amount in them. Great value for money. Delivery is always quicker than stated on the phone.Food: 5/5

First time we used this take away as we are not local and WOW ! The food was lovely, hot and ready on time. The chicken donner was excellent. The only thing I would say is the portions are far too big. We had enough left over to feed another 2 people !
Ordered a meal for me and my partner at 1800, was told would be delivered in under 1hr, only 2 burgers, I have phoned them up at 1930 and was told its okay its out for delivery, to then phone up now at 2005, and be told at minimum it will be at least another 30 minutes as its not out yet, can honestly say ill not go back, twice this has happened now out of around 5 orders over the last month or so, unhappy.
Food is lovely but unfortunately its a 1 star from me and won't be using again due to delivery times. Ordered previously and had to wait nearly 3 hours for delivery and was cold on arrival. Ordered again the other night and specifically asked how long for delivery as we would have collected if it was going to be a while was told 45 mins. 1 hr and 45 mins later rang to see where it was, wasn't even out for delivery. Could have collected it 20 mins after this time which I'm guessing it still hadn't been cooked. Ended up cancelling the order. Very hangry!
Wow wow wow the food is tremendous always delicious and as for the price you pay for quality of fold cos it is top notch food and the meal sizes are well good, need one of these in rotherham now
