Pizza was fantastic. Kids options were ideal size. Staff friendly and helpful. Overall cleanliness was good however some bowls were not washed properly and the salad bar was not fully stocked. 
Bonus is you get 25% MOD discount on meals through defence discount service so that's good.

On multiple visits it’s been made clear that the staff do not understand what “dairy free” means. Asked for veggie pizza but with vegan cheese (as is stated as an option on the menu) and specified clearly “no dairy cheese please”, the pizza then comes out with goats cheese all over the vegan cheese. This happens to me all the time. On the occasions I’ve pointed out this error staff have simply not cared. I don’t know how much clearer I need to make my order, it makes the whole experience extremely unpleasant.

Went for the buffet thinking it would he quicker. We waited for the pizza by which point there was a queue. As a disabled service user I can't stand in a queue, so was no choice if pizza, just plain cheese and tomato. There was no garlic bread or pasta on option for the buffet lunch at all. What we had was nice, but it did take a while and there wasn't a lot of choice at all. Supply not keeping up with demand.

I ordered a vegan pizza without mushrooms and they brought mushrooms on it and the waiter was so kins he gave us another one to takeaway for free because of that. 

Also the vegaan pizza was great. However you need to also have the delivery option for vegan cheese pizza please.
