All food arrived cold so had to reheat everything. Food was mediocre at best with chips being underdone. One of the deserts was still frozen and instead of the chocolate fudge cake we received a gateau. Very disappointed in the meal, don't waste your money. Driver also went to wrong address first despite us clearly giving our address.
Fantastic since the new owners took over. Quality food at respectable prices. Customer service is a very high standard. My family and I order from them regularly. Well done.
DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! ITS VILE! For starters, they over charged for the meal by £7 and when question they conveniently did not speak good english and didnt have a clue what was going on. The driver got lost, the food was cold, chips had clearly been sat around for ages. the burger was over cooked the salad was nowhere near fresh. we did'nt recieve all of what we ordered either. it was a complete cock up and an insult of the taste buds! These lot arent even worthy of a star! i would advised you take go round the corner to REG'S! they have it all down to a T.
Rude staff, atrocious customer service, food delivered cold, and late, chicken not cooked properly and with items missing. Takeaway itself is disgusting, filthy floor and unwelcoming. I would advise you to avoid at all costs
Went in for the first time got quoted £10 for food then got charged £11 for it, it’s only a £1 but it’s the principle of it owner had a terrible attitude, guy came in from oak furniture and said I was right. a price quote is right if a quote is given by an employee then surely company is liable to keep to it? Food was terrible as well my work college left half of his because wasn’t very good funny taste... working in the area for next few months I won’t be using it again!!!!
Ordered a kebab with salad. Delivered cheesy chips with curry sauce. Called back and they delivered a kebab with no salad. Was horrible. Would not order from here again. I demand a full refund
I've ordered from there a couple of times! Top notch food at a good price, would recommend to someone who is hungry and needs some food quick!
The chicken wings were dry and the batter too thick. Chips were nothing to write home about either, wasn't even offered sauce.
Overcharged £2 on £13 quid order got cold food. When I phone to query overcharging person that answered started arguing. Will never use again.
Top restaurant with helpful staff and reasonable priced very tasty food, went many times when on holiday in Chippenham
