We ordered 2 starters, 2 Biryani dishes 1 madras hot 1 normal, keema naan and 1 Bombay aloo. £28.50. When the meal arrived it was impossible to see which was madras curry and which was medium. So my husband tasted it and said wow both were as hot as each other. I tried and could not eat either. I phone the store and he tried to argue with me then said he would get a replacement asap. 20 min later no sign so I called again and was told delivery was on its way. 10 mins later Called again ( we are 2 min away) and was told it's still waiting for delivery driver to pick it up. Our starters, side and my husbands food now ruined. £28.50 down the drain. So very upset I put the phone down and heard no more. Will never ever use them again. The general standard was not good not much chicken and rice burnt. It's a shame as we love our Indian food

Food nice but seems a bit chaotic in there. Man on the front counter run ragged trying to answer the phone and speak to people face to face as well. Could do with some help. Kept answering the phone while taking our order - to be fair he told the caller he'd call them back. Both times I've been here the kitchen staff always seem to be shouting at each other like they're having some kind of row. Fire alarm went off so deliver guy came out waving an apron round trying to stop it. Need to sort out these issues as the food is actually good but service off putting. A bit fawtly towers!

As a Vegetarian, I really appreciate the range of and the flavours of the dishes available. You can ask the staff to make a Vegetarian version of nearly anything on the menu which is great.
