The last time I came the service was appauling the management awful and cleanliness not where it should be. There must have been a change in management because it was wow and it's a Saturday. Food was hot customer service phenomenonal all the way through with child in tow. Not rushed not forgotten very very good and place was extremely clean. Hats off to them.

Just visited this restaurant and the service was rubbish. Practically served ourselves! Pizza Hut has become way too expensive and unfortunately the quality of food has gone downhill. Very disappointed :(

Pizza was great, and so was the table service. Kids liked the ice cream counter. Salad bar selection and stock was poor this time, which is a shame especially outside the buffet hours, as the salad bar is a great way to keep the little ones happy while waiting for the pizza.

The customer service was excellent with caring staff and as always good food but there was a long waiting time because of staff shortage
