If I could have a zero star I would put zero!! I went in tonight (Newcastle Heaton) and was spoken to so rudely! A young women with blond hair and blue eyes spoke to me with no customer service. She asked me if a pizza was for a women called kacy I didn’t reply as I am not kacy, she then shouts to her colleges while I am still in the shop about how rude I am and points to me to make it clear who she was talking about, she said it loud enough for me and my daughter to hear, and when confronted on her behaviour she denied she was in the wrong and refused to apologise and then suggested I was the rude one, I asked for her name and she said that she doesn’t need to give me it as I threatened to call head office to complain (which I’m still going to do). I have worked in customers services before and I know that you don’t talk to custermes like that. Absolutely disgusted and won’t be returning to Pizza Hut. Awful experience!!! Staff retraining urgently required!!! I am not going to suggest to family and friends to go to this particular Pizza Hut.

When you order create your own online, they send plain cheese, because toppings dont show on the system as if it were my fault, not be using them again. Thank you very much pizza Hut Chillingham Rd.

Ordered two pizzas to arrive at 9pm at 7:45 pm. Didn't arrive on time ...when I called to query stating I had to nip out to at 9:30 pm I was just dismissed by the telephone operator staff. Extremely rude and not professional. Don't offer a service if you can't provide one
