Most of the time the pizza has been okay. The staff are a bit full of themselves unfotunatley. Sometimes you wait at the counter and they take their sweet time to come serve you as if they are doing you a favour. Pizza itself is okay though. Probably best to get it delivered to avoid negative vibe of staff

Awful!!!! Never go here!! Pizza had no heat to it! It was freezing cold, at first I thought it might of been frozen, I struggled to chew on the cheese and almost choked, they came 15 minutes late which made it after 3am so I couldn’t even call them! I had to stop trying to eat it after a slice and throw it away, I haven’t eaten today and now I can’t eat at all!! £15.80 wasted!!! Never again! This is the last time I order from cowgate as they have done this all 5 times I’ve ordered here!!!

Absolute joke of a place, app tracker system is deceiving and inaccurate or the store don't know how to be efficient! Pizza arrived COLD AND DRY COVERED IN EXCESS FLOWER MINIMUM PASTE AND UNEVEN DOUGH SOME PARTS THICK SOME THIN, NOT ONE TO EVER COMMENT BUT THIS NEEDS TO BE SAID, WORST 12.50 EVER SPENT! GLAD I DIDN'T ORDER A BIGGER ORDER. THE LATE SHIFT MANAGER JOHN NEEDS PEOPLE TRAINING AND NAZ THE STORE MANAGER NEEDS TO STEP UP AND SORT THIS BULLSH*T OF A STORE OUT. Joke of the year given that you expect hot pizza in snow weather but the snow was probably warmer than the pizza.

Worth nothing, cost everything. Service with a grimace. Deathmeal to the hungry soul. A pizza shaped long term bullet. Stop at your peril.
