Domino’s is passionate about being the best pizza company in the whole world. We want to deliver a piping hot pizza to your door under 22 minutes (yeah, that specific!). I will never forget the customer service which could have been potentially fatal to my partner. I asked for a garlic bread without cheese as part of my order as he cannot eat cheese. It arrived with cheese so I asked them to cook another one. I didn't see them cooking it and thought it was a bit strange. After about 5 minutes, with them sniggering, they handed me a box. It was obviously the same one as I sent back! By this time, my partner, who is diabetic and needed to eat, was starting to go into a coma and needed emergency medical treatment. To all the staff. Ha, ha, very funny and I have spent the last 5 years telling everyone of your customer service and will continue to do so, to anyone who will listen!

What an absolute joke. Told food would be with us within ten minutes, an hour later still no sign. Called the branch and was told by the rudest staff member in catering history that The food had JUST LEFT the branch and would be " a maximum of ten minutes" 25 minutes later a pizza arrived as warm as 3 day old urine delivered by a bloke who had the urgency of a mentally diminished sloth. 0/10 as far as a " reputable " chain goes, would rather eat cement.

THis place is a disgrace the manager spoke to me like I was dirt on his shoe . he could not understand English very well and said he had received our order then hadn't it's a long story as it wen on for 3 hours trying to sort out. when I rang customer service I was advised some one would ring me back as the manger was cheeky ,up right rude swore and hung up the telephone three times . It has put me off using dominos because this man made me feel scared threatened and made me out To be a lier.When I asked his name the first time he gave me it Milcke then when I told him I wanted to ring customer services he then tried to tell me his name was max I was horrified and I was for once speechless .as for the food the children did not receive there treat they were very disappointed and after 3 hours starving. it has been five Day and I still haven't heard from dominos after us being good customers for about ten years to dominos we feel very let down it isn't a cheap please to eat specially when you have a family of six but it has always been our go to place for a treat for the kids or a rainy Friday night in but after this I don't think we will go back . Please people this manager has no sense of customer service he doesn't have the love for his job or respect for the company he works for. Am still after five days in shock so b careful please thankfully they didn't take my payment so I didn't hav to wait 14 working days for my money back for pizza I didn't receive Kind regards Let down customer

I ordered a medium size pepperoni pizza that mainly comprised of tomato puree and very little cheese. When your paying £9 for a pizza this is a bit of a ripoff.

Good place that efficiently gets you a high quality pizza to enjoy. Only problem is that there is not much space and no where to properly sit down to wait.
