Excellent. I went with a relative for lunch on a Wednesday. It was really quiet, comfortable to converse with some privacy. The layout of the premises is deceiving. From the entrance it's not visible the seating near the buffet. It will accommodate more than your think from looking outside. The waiter was extremely helpful. Due to the lack of customers, we we're served quickly and the food was fresh and the salad buffet bar is free and unlimited! Also it's free refills for soft drinks. It's a budget restaurant, but it's presentation just feels a slight step up from that. Pizza hut is an all time favourite of mine since I was a teenager. It's improved over the years too, extending their menu taking into account dietary requirements. The only thing about this particular Pizza hut, in the ladies toilet, the hand drier is beyond useless.

Went to pizza hut while on holiday in Edinburgh. Greeted my nice lady who sat us in our seats however from then on very poor service. Long delay for 3 drinks, flickering light while eating triggering my daughters migraines and was given a poor excuse as to why the lights were faulty. Very drafty door ruined experience constantly cold from door opening and closing. Waitress slow in taking orders and poor customer service. Food arrived quickly but overall very poor service for a family establishment. Wouldn't recommend.

Salad bar was virtually empty, minimal staff Manager Pedro was clearly stressed but did his best to cope, the food standard was very high and delicious.
