Nandos Edinburgh This is a well established place that is located all over UK. Therefore my expectations was high. I ordered the wraps, because I have ordered them previously and they were pretty good. The wraps was tasty, put there was too much sauce and the coleslaw did not even taste like coleslaw. The prices are decent and the restaurant itself is good looking, but the food just didn't make the cut.
Nice atmosphere and super nice staff at this Nando We took the opportunity to grab something to eat before going to the cinema.
We had to wait a short while via the covid app but that was OK. Order taken at table and cutlery brought to table. Quick ordering and the food arrived to our booth speedily. Food was up to usual Nandos standards. Staff super friendly. I ordered it hot and had hot sauce to add to go with my chicken butterfly. I forgot my Nandos card but they put a code on the receipt do I can claim my chilli points when I get home.
Nando’s is completely rubbish when ever ordering never give us our 4 rices and never got complete delivery delivered at all they said they would refund us which never happened that’s was last week Today I even phone and I honestly think they done it on purpose this is a a box of rice not even covered the bottom of the box …if yous have run out of rice don’t take orders It’s so annoying as wee are very loyal Wee have gave many chances but not interested

Nando's Edinburgh - Omni Centre is an excellent restaurant. The food is delicious, the atmosphere is vibrant and the service is friendly. The dishes are reasonably priced, and the portions are generous. The location is also great, as it's in the city centre, making it easy to get to. Overall, a great place to enjoy a tasty meal.Food: 5/5
The seats were all sticky, had to call someone to clean it before we could use the allocated table. Had to wait nearly 25 mins for an empty paper cup for Froyo for a very hungry toddler; after requesting it a few times and being told just getting it...food was late and ok compared to other Nandos and it wasn't even that busy. Maybe it was just that day but wouldn't be going back in for sure!
The extra hot has as awesome lemon twist
Great food. Waited 45mins for my food for take away. Never had this problem in any other nandos no matter how busy the place is.
I visited Nando’s for first time and thoroughly enjoyed it. We were served by a very helpful pleasant man, named Alan. Will definitely go back.
